CVUU is in the process of renewing our “Welcoming Congregation” status with the UUA. As part of this endeavor, our Welcoming Renewal Committee and Adut Lifespan Faith Development will screen the film, Moonlight, which explores how factors of race and poverty impact a young man’s search for identity.
Please help this committee continue to build a sanctuary where inclusion and acceptance can flourish. Thanks for the donations last month for the Second Sunday collection. The funds raised have allowed us the opportunity to show this movie and fund other events to educate and celebrate LGBTQIA+ culture. The screening date is 5 PM, on Oct. 21st in our social hall.
