Meetings include a meditation session followed by a discussion of a topic chosen by the group. Discussion is not limited to the Buddha and Buddhist teachings but may also include work from authors using Buddhist concepts in their writings.
The group meets on the Second Floor in Meditation Room #207 (OR FOR SOUND BATH IN SANCTUARY) from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on the second Monday of the month. The group hosts several sound healings throughout the year on special occasions.
