New artists in our gallery!

The latest artwork to grace our CVUU gallery is from a husband and wife team, Roy and Sue Cunningham.

Their artwork will be on display from Sept. 3rd to the 30th.

Sue Cunningham developed her love of mosaics several years ago when she was captivated by the beauty of the glass and the creativity it allows.
After visiting the western part of the United States, she found a new love in the creation of Spirit Dolls. This incorporates the use of natural elements and exciting fabrics.
Sue’s talents include mosaics, mixed media, spirit dolls, and journal covers. She hopes to bring relaxation and joy through her artistry.
Roy’s Roy Cunningham began drawing and painting while in elementary school. Later, he attended the Gilbert School of Art in Washington, D.C., and Corcoran Gallery and School of Art in Washington, D.C. for several years, where he studied various media, including graphite, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels, oil painting, and watercolor. He still works in all these media, including acrylics.
