When you give to Coastal Virginia Unitarian Universalists, you practice generosity and support the work we do together to create love, justice, and peace in the world.

You may pay your pledges or make an unpledged gift to the general fund in the following ways:
- By check or cash (during in-person gatherings you may use the envelopes on the back of the seats in our sanctuary).
- By bank electronic payment to Coastal Virginia Unitarian Universalists
- Download the VANCO mobile app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play to your smartphone. Details: Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement on the App Store (apple.com)
Select “Coastal Virginia Unitarian Universalists” as your church of preference. Choose what you want to donate to or purchase: Pledge, Special Collection, Concert Tickets, Fair Trade. Set up your account with your bank account or credit card and save preference. Pick an amount and send it anytime it suits your fancy!
If paying by check, please use the memo line to differentiate between a stewardship pledge and a special offering to the general fund. Thank you!

Make a pledge:

When you pledge to our Annual Stewardship Campaign, you play a decisive role in our ability to fulfill our mission. Pledging allows your contribution to count when we budget for the next financial year (July 1 to June 30). We encourage you to pledge as soon as you are prepared to make a commitment and then to pledge each successive year during the Stewardship Campaign. Your pledge can be paid in installments during the financial year or in a lump sum. Submitting a pledge reaffirms your membership to CVUU, and the front office updates your contact information.
Bequests:
Many of our members choose to preserve our UU values for future generations through a bequest or legacy gift. There are many ways to make such a gift — a transfer of cash, securities,or other property made through your estate plans. If you are interested in how to make a bequest to CVUU, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our office at office@c-vuu.org.
