Join Us at 11 AM on Sunday, December 29th, for “Attention to Ourselves”  with Rev. Michelle Collins.

For this month’s theme of Presence, we’ll take a look at ways to be present to ourselves. How do we each care for ourselves through the ups and downs of our lives and the challenges that we face?  What are some ways that we make sure we are grounded and nourished?

Rev. Michelle Collins is a Unitarian Universalist minister and has served a variety of congregations as an interim, contract, senior minister, associate minister, and briefly as a settled minister.  She also has trauma response, grief recovery, and conflict meditation training, serves on the UU trauma response ministry, and is a researcher for Soul Matters.  She is a nerd in both her personal and professional life and enjoys tabletop games of a variety of kinds. She particularly loves Dungeons and Dragons since it’s an opportunity to do magic and make dragons real.

The theme for December is “The Practice of Presence.”

These services will be offered in person (AND ON ZOOM) at 11 AM.
