Join Us at 11 AM on Sunday, December 1st, for The Gift of Being Present: Unwrapping Connection with CVUU member Julia Lawrence.

The theme for December is The Practice of Presence.

Julia has a deep passion for music, service, and spirituality.  While raising her family, she sang with the Virginia Beach Chorale and across Hampton Roads in various community events. At CVUU, she serves on the Board, the Finance & Stewardship Committees, and the Worship Services Team.

Currently, Julia is studying all things metaphysical and expanding her intuitive abilities. Her work deepens her understanding of living fully in the present moment, our interconnectedness and how tuning into higher consciousness helps us better navigate our lives.
