On Sunday, July 23rd, please join us for ” When Hope is Lost, Fear and Doubt Move In,” with guest speaker Howard Adams.

This service is on the word HOPE – an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to future events and/or circumstances in one’s life or the larger world.

Howard is a longtime CVUU member and the founder of H.G. Adams & Associates, Inc., a Norfolk-based consulting and training company. Howard has written extensively in the areas of workforce development, student academic/career/ personal success; and consulted on mentorship program development. He has spoken at more than 650 colleges and universities, presented seminars, conducted workshops, and given keynoted addresses for numerous businesses, education, and governmental conferences. His energetic style and dynamic presentation skills have won him the admiration and praise of audiences across the country. Howard has authored/co-authored and published fifteen self-help guides and four books.
