CVUU has added several plugins to make it easier to maintain the site. All plugins have 5-star ratings and show evidence of on-going maintenance.

• Display Posts Short Code: This plugin allows you to select posts by post type, post category, etc to be listed in a page, post, or text widget.
• List Category Posts: extends post query to select posts by category.
• Members: assign users to roles differentiating between subscriber roles and staff roles that are not editor/contributor roles. Used to allow members that are not contributors to use the event planning form.
• Recent Posts Widget Extended: A widget to show recent posts selected by type, category, etc. Did not theme correctly so used text widget with display posts short code.
• Post Expirator: set page, post, and carousel image item expiration times. When the entered time is reached, the assigned action happens. The action can be to change the post’s category, change published status to Draft, or to Trash the post (it can be recovered).
• Visual Form Builder: used to make the Event Services Request form.
• WP Attachments: Attach files to a post or page. Used to provide the original of a document adapted to HTML presentation on the page. For things like Bylaws, Policy manual, History, etc.
