The Environmental Priorities Group has invited Joe Bouchard, a 27-year career US Navy officer, and former Commanding Officer of Naval Base, Norfolk, to present the program for the Nov 3 Environmental Forum. Dr. Bouchard continues to be a strong advocate for environmental concerns. He will discuss environmental issues relevant to the next General Assembly.
